Fantastic boil out, keeps our fryers clean and helps remove that stubborn built up carbon that forms under the heating elements. Our only issue is that being a large jug of powder, it can be a little cumbersome to handle, especially for new hires. overall a great product.

Not the same as it used to be. I've been using this product for many years. It used to be a white powder which is now a brown powder. Kind of suspect. Does not cut grease at all amymore. Leaves a huge sluck of nasty grease after draining that needs whiped out. Also, it didn't remove any of the black buildup like it used to. Why dod you change and amazing product???? Its not like its cheap or something.
