Easy to Use
The product's easy application helps ensure effective cleaning by even the most inexperienced workers. For the best results, pre-heat the griddle to 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, simply pour Griddle Kleen over your grill plate, immediately spreading and scrubbing the liquid across the griddle's top.
Keeps Surfaces Looking New
Once you've finished scrubbing, scrape any remnants into the unit's grease trap, turn off the griddle, rinse or wipe the surface with a damp cloth, and you're ready to cook! It is also recommended that you apply a thin coating of liquid shortening after cleaning to help prevent rusting.

A bit over priced for what it is. Ice still works the best and especially if your fryer sits next to your griddle it’s just as easy to dip a touch of fry oil out of the fryer to scrub your griddle clean

I've used this a couple times on the griddle on my food truck. It worked well with some serious elbow grease. The smell isn't overpowering, which is nice. it cut through the grease pretty well. I'll continue to use it for deep cleaning.
