This Noble 1 oz. soft serve ice cream machine cleaner and sanitizer packet is ideal for cleaning your shake, slushi, soft serve, or yogurt machines. It contains a powdered formula that removes fat particles and dissolves milkstone and protein. It's ideal for use on hard, nonporous surfaces like table tops, tanks, vats, floors, walls, dishes, glasses, and milkshake or soft serve machines.

Easy-To-Use

This packet is simple to use, and takes the guess work out of determining how much product to use. Simply dilute 1 pack per 2.5 gallons of water for best results.

Versatile Cleaning Application

This packet is not only great for use with ice cream machines but can even be used as a cleaner and sanitizer in 2-compartment sink operations! After removing heavy soil from items to be cleaned, simply mix 1 cleaner and sanitizer packet with 2.5 gallons of water in the first sink. Clean items and rinse with potable water. Prepare sanitizing solution in the second sink by dissolving 1 packet of cleaner and sanitizer with 2.5 gallons of water for a 100ppm chlorine solution.
