Works with big box brand dispenser and Auto Chlor, 1 star deduct for some of them labeled backwards and no way to chance, see picture

I ordered these hand foam soap pouches because they’re great, but shipping this time around was lousy. One of the pouches had a small hole and it all spilled inside the delivery box ?? and obviously made the product unusable. So expensive and couldn’t even use it. Very unhappy customer. I hope I get a replacement for this mess. Tried to return it, but options were not available for the reason of my return.
