This no-rinse evaporator / condenser coil cleaner / disinfectant / deodorizer is the perfect solution when you need to thoroughly clean coils in air conditioners and central cooling systems.
Properly cleaned coils help extend the life of your cooling unit, reduce energy costs, and operate more efficiently. Application should be performed by an HVAC/R professional following the directions listed on the product label.
Quick Disinfecting
This product kills harmful organisms like Legionella pneumophila and effectively controls mildew growth, making it ideal for refrigeration and freezer units or even auto air conditioners.
1-Step Formula
This product boasts a non-abrasive, 1-step formula that is easy to apply and removes dirt, grime, mold, food residue, and blood.
Convenient Application
The 18 oz. aerosol can makes it convenient to apply on affected areas, and it's sprayable from any angle, making it great for use in tight spaces.
Removes Grease and Grime
After the equipment is turned off and any heavy or matted soils have been removed, point the tip toward the surface to be cleaned, covering the surface evenly with product. For disinfection, allow the surface to remain wet for 10 minutes, no scrubbing is necessary. Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop or sponge. For mold and mildew control, let the product air dry, and reapply at weekly intervals when mildew growth appears.

Works very good, cleaned out the coils of dirt, debris, and even got rid of food particles we couldn't even see. Very strong smell though, so be careful.

I used this on my refrigerator coils in the kitchen. I sprayed it on and brushed it. Then I sprayed and let it sit for 15 minutes and then brushed. It never really removed any grease like it was supposed to.
