This high performance extended wear finish wears as well as it looks. Give your floors diamond like clarity and a brilliant gloss sure to impress! Not only is the look of even your dullest floor improved, but this gloss provides important extended wear properties. Keep the floors of your restaurant, bar, or institution looking shinier then ever to impress guests and enhance your establishment's appearance. This product meets the maximum content requirements for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) as established by state and Federal regulations.

High Performance
This versatile finish brings shine and protection to a variety of floor types. The high performance, extended wear floor finish is suitable for use on vinyl tile, vinyl asbestos, asphalt tile, linoleum, rubber tile, terrazzo, sealed wood, concrete, and quarry tile. Be sure to follow all instructions for protected floors with a brilliant shine!
Preparation
If stripping is necessary, use a high quality product and follow directions accordingly. If floor is in good condition, sweep up excess dirt and dust. Clean with a good quality cleaner to remove dirt and oils. Follow with a thorough rinsing and allow to dry completely.
Finishing
Spread a liberal coat of finish evenly across the floor with a clean mop or applicator. Allow each coat to dry at least 1 hour before applying the next coat. Two or three coats are desired initially, depending on the condition of the floor and gloss desired.
Maintenance
The floor may be maintained using a quality floor cleaner and damp mopping regularly. Spray buffing or mop-on restoring may also be done after sweeping up loose dirt and dust. Follow directions for each product accordingly.

This is quite simply the best product for sealing and maintaining our soft-wood floors in our bar and dining room. Far more cost effective and durable than what you may find in your local Lowe's or grocery store. If applied properly there's no streaks and you'll get a brilliant shine.
