Keep your floors safe with this floor sealer formulated to provide a hard, durable undercoat for use prior to the application of any floor polish. Perfect for your restaurant, bar, or institution, use this sealer with confidence knowing it will protect your floors from everyday wear and tear. This product meets the maximum content requirements for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) as established by state and Federal regulations.
High Performance
This floor sealer will never yellows while it continues to protect your floor after all floor finish or wax has worn off. This sealer protects a variety of floor types for maximum versatility in your establishment. Use it on vinyl tile, vinyl asbestos, asphalt tile, linoleum, concrete and rubber tile. This 2.5-gallon container will cover approximately 2,000 square feet per gallon on average, though coverage may vary depending on the porosity of the flooring.
Easy to Use
Make sure your floor has been thoroughly stripped and rinsed and allowed to dry. For porous or well-worn floors, apply 2 coats of sealer followed by 2 or more coats of finish depending on the gloss desired. On new floor or floors in good condition, one coat of sealer should suffice.
