This machine can clean 53 racks per hour using only 1.36 gallons of water per rack. The high temperature wash and rinse cycles will clean heavy soils, grease, and lipstick from dishes. Plus, the high operating temperature allows for faster wash cycles and rapid drying. You'll always have a continuous supply of dishes, even during peak hours! The 27" tall door clearance and high hood allow this unit to also act as a sheet pan washer, so you'll only need one machine for all of your washing needs.

Energy Efficient

This efficient dishwasher has a 62 second normal washing cycle and uses only 1.36 gallons of water per rack. Not only will this increase productivity in your dishroom, but it'll also help conserve water and reduce your energy bill!

High Temperature Design

This high temperature machine comes with a built-in 70 degree rise booster heater and an exclusive Sani-Sure feature to ensure the proper rinse water temperatures and effective sanitizing.
