For maximum cleaning power, the unit features several bonus cycles. The fresh water rinse works to prevent possible contamination, and the deliming mode quickly removes hard water deposits.

The heating element gone after 2.5 months light use. Warranty service is awful, covering the part but charging you $~ in diagnosis and labor. I should have leased from local vendor instead of wasting $ with shipping on this machine. Do not recommend

Installation and operation were straightforward and easy to accomplish. Downside, water gets on the top of the door and when you open it the floor gets wet and slippery.

it's working perfectly. I am saving a lot in chemical. I had a company renting me a machine (butler) and I had to buy their chemical. they were charging me 4 times what other chemical company are pricing me.
