This product uses non-pathogenic microbes and contains aerobic and facultative anaerobic strains of bacteria. It contains 700 billion CFU per gallon bacteria count. This is a great product for maintaining drains in my butcher shop. Keeps odors down and no clogs. Its better to use enzyme cleaners that keep working for days than a one time chemical.

This enzymatic drain cleaner seems to work well but you have to keep a close eye and verify that it is doing what it needs to do. I think it may not work as well in a home environment.

Just started using about week ago . Start seeing good difference around drain holes . Water going down well , no more fruit flies ??, safe to use since it’s microbial rather harsh chemical compounds.
