We have used this for the last two year in our 3 compartment sink for sanitizing. it has worked very well for us with out being to chemically. It does dry out your hands.

We were looking for an alternative to using bleach as a sanitizing solution for our work surfaces and finishing touches for dishes. Which makes getting our sanitizer bucket and sanitizing compartment in our 3 compartment sink ready easy.
